Recipe Of Vegetable Biryani

Ingredients

Boiled Mix Vegetables 500 Grams
Sela Rice 300 grams
Tomatoes (Sliced) 2
Fried Onion 2-3
Ginger Garlic Paste 1 tsp
Coriander Powder 1 tbsp
Red Chili Powder 1 tsp
Turmeric Powder 1 tsp
All Spice Powder ½ tsp
Cumin Seeds ½ tsp
Cloves 2-3
Cinnamon 1-2 sticks
Bay Leaves 1-2
Black Cardamoms 2-3
Green Cardamoms 2-3
Yogurt ½ cup
Finely Chopped Coriander ½ bunch
Finely Chopped Mint Leaves ½ bunch
Finely Chopped Green Chilies 4-5
Screw Pine Essence few drops
Clarified Butter ½ cup
Salt to taste

Method

For rice: Take a cooking pan add 1-2 bay leaves add 300 grams of basmati rice and to taste salt and boil now strain the the rice and set aside. For korma : take a cooking pan add ½ cup of clarified butter add 1-2 sticks of cinnamon, 2-3 cloves , black cardamoms, 2-3 green cardamoms , ½ tsp of cumin seeds when its popping add 2 chopped tomatoes , 1 tsp of ginger garlic paste , 2-3 fried onions and add ½ kg of mixed boiled vegetables mix it well, when tomatoes are soft, take ½ cup of yogurt add 1 tsp of red chili powder, 1 tbsp of coriander powder , 1 tsp turmeric powder , ½ tsp of whole spice powder and add to taste salt and mix it well and add into the vegetables mixture when the vegetables are tender are mix it well take it out in a bowl. For Layering: First take a cooking pan add korma now add boiled rice add 4-5 finely chopped green chilies,1/2 bunch of coriander finely chopped , ½ bunch of mint leave finely chopped now spread on all the remaining rice. At last add some drops of screw pine essence and rest of the fried onion and steam the rice, when the steam is done. Take it out in a serving dish and serve it hot.
