Recipe Of Jaga Bata( potatoes)

Ingredients

Boiled Potatoes 500 grams
Crushed Black Pepper ½ tsp
Soya Sauce 1 tbsp
Butter ½ cup
Salt as required

Method

Take 500 grams of potatoes boil it hard. Take a cooking pan add as required salt , ½ cup of butter, ½ tsp of crushed black pepper 1 tbsp soya sauce mix it well cook, add potatoes mix it well take it out in a alummunium foil add potatoes and drizzle the rest of the sauce. At last place the dish in preheated oven and bake it for 10- 15 minutes on 200 C, take it out in a serving platter and serve it.
