Google mistakenly published the personal data of nearly 300,000 people.
Due to a technical problem, Google released the private data of more than 282,000 domain owners on the Internet.
Google released by mistake personal data (name, surname, address, phone numbers, email …) to 282,867 people who own a domain name since mid-May 2013.
The victims are customers of “Apps for work” Service therefore paying $ 6 per year during the creation of their domain name so that their personal data will remain confidential and are not published with the registered domain name … Despite this option, the data has indeed been shown that the WHOIS database.
