Recipe Of Valentine Cake by Chef Gulzar
Ingredients for valentine cake

For Spanch

All Purpose Flour                                               2-1/2 cup

Icing Sugar                                                     2 cups

Baking Powder                                                   1 tbsp

Baking Soda                                                     1 tsp

Egg                                                             6

Butter                                                        200grams

Strawberry Syrup                                                4 tbsp

Strawberry                                                      1/2 cup

Milk 1/2 cup

For Syrup

Icing Sugar                                                              1/2 cup

Strawberry Syrup                                                       2 tbsp

Water                                                                         1/2 cup

For Topping

Cream                                                                         1 cup

Unsalted Butter                                                         1/2 cup

Icing Sugar                                                                   1/2 cup

strawberry                                                                    1/2 cup

 

Method:
First take a mixing add 6 eggs and 2 cups of icing sugar and beat it with help of an electric beater until the sugar is dissolved. Take 200 grams of butter, ½ cup of strawberry, 4 tbsp of strawberry syrup; 2 tbsp of baking powder, 1 tsp of baking soda mix it well. Then add 2-1/2 cup of all purpose flour, ½ cup of milk and fold it with the spatula. Now pour all the mixture in a cake mould and set the mould into the preheated oven and bake it on 200 C. For syrup: Take a cooking pan add ½ cup of water, ½ cup of icing sugar, 2 tbsp of strawberry syrup mix it well and cook until the mixture is thicken. For topping: Take a mixing bowl add ½ cup of unsalted butter, 1 cup of cream, ½ cup of icing sugar mix it well and place the bowl into the fridge for3- 4 hours. Take a cake sponge cut into the middle and spread the syrup and place the second piece of cake now pour the topping on the top of the cake set all the topping all over the cake with the help of palate knife or spatula and garnish with ½ cup of strawberry and serve it.
